I have a PCS Union Training course to attend on Friday and I have the strongest feeling that it is going to be most usefull for when we make the contentious move into our new building in May.
A lot of people are very much against moving into the Town Centre, so I can see a huge rise in people approaching me for Union advice on talking to Management about “Making Reasonable Adjustments”. Funny how these things come about at the right time.
